Before wearing your crystal for the first time, cleanse it. Hold it under running water for 60 seconds, or leave it in sunlight for an hour, or place it overnight on a selenite plate. This removes any stale energy from transit.
Hold the crystal in your palms, close your eyes and breathe deeply three times. Speak your intention aloud or in your mind — be specific. "I am open to love," "I attract abundance effortlessly." Feel it in your body.
Wear your bracelet on your left wrist to receive its energy, or right wrist to project and give its qualities outward. Re-cleanse monthly under the full moon. The more you connect with it consciously, the stronger it works.
